Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine prides themselves on their hand-pulled noodles and their authentic dishes inspired by home. On the menu there is something for everyone with vegitarian and Halal options. We were able to try the chicken flat noodles and the spicy beef noodles which both had great flavor.
